For residential customers, no fees apply for drop off of the following materials:

• California redemption value (CRV) containers (aluminum cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles) may be redeemed at the Buy-Back Center.
• All non-redemption curbside recyclable materials (cardboard, mixed paper, newspaper, magazines, glass, cans, bottles, and plastic bottles) may be dropped-off 
• Electronics (e.g. computers, copiers, faxes, VCR's and stereos)
• Used motor oil (up to 15 gallons)
• Antifreeze (up to 10 gallons) 
• Sharps (must be containerized in an authorized Sharps container)
• Cooking Oil (residential only up to 15 gallons)
• Oil filters
• Latex paint ONLY (up to 10 gallons)
• Fluorescent lighting tubes (household only, 6 tubes per visit, must be less than 6ft in length)
• Cell phones
• Household batteries
• Hardback Books
• Computer monitors and TV's
