New Drop-Off Programs

Home-generated "sharps" include hypodermic needles, pens, intravenous needles and lancets.
Since September 2008, it has been illegal to throw these items in your trash. Please collect your sharps in a specially designed sharps container (available at your local drug store) then drop it off at The Recyclery at 333 Shoreway Rd.

Cooking oil generated by local residents can be brought to our The Recyclery at 333 Shoreway. Bring used cooking oil in a leak proof container and pour it in our designated collection container. It will then be recycled into biodiesel by Sirona Fuels of San Francisco.

The Recyclery is open Monday-Saturday 8:30-4:00.
