New State Law September 1, 2008

Beginning on September 1, 2008, State law (Section 118286 of the California Health and Safety Code) makes it illegal to dispose of sharps waste in the trash or recycling containers, and requires that all sharps waste be transported to a collection center in an approved sharps container.

Monday September 1 2008
Labor Day
There will not be a change in garbage and recycling collection for the upcoming Labor Day holiday. Please have your garbage, recycling and yard waste set out for service by 6:00 AM.

The San Carlos Administration Office, Transfer Station, The Recyclery Buy-Back Center, and Ox Mountain Sanitary Landfill will be closed.

August 9th & 10th
16th Annual Burlingame Art & Jazz Festival
Allied Waste is proud to be an in-kind sponsor for the 16th Annual Burlingame Art & Jazz Festival.
The festival will be held on Burlingame Avenue on Saturday August 9th and Sunday August 10th from 10-6.
