Business Recycling

Allied Waste offers comprehensive recycling services to both large and small businesses in the cities and surrounding unincorporated areas of Atherton, Belmont, Burlingame, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Carlos, San Mateo and North Fair Oaks.

We collect mixed paper, cardboard, and bottles and cans five days a week, and offer a variety of service levels ranging from a small can to a large debris box.

Commercial recycling service is provided at no additional cost. The cost of recycling is included in the refuse rate. Since the more you recycle, the less you throw away, you can save money by recycling. If you would like to start a recycling program or improve your current program, Allied Waste offers FREE recycling assistance.

Commercial recycling service is provided to businesses including multi-family complexes with five or more units. If you are unsure if you are a commercial account or not, check your bill. Commercial accounts are billed monthly, while residential accounts are billed quarterly.

In select communities, Allied Waste also offers commercial yard trimmings collection for a fee.
